Visit to the Guernsey Seaweed Company

Naomi and Ben Tustin launched The Seaweed Food Company in 2020 alongside Guernsey Seaweed Ltd. They've sold over 20,000 tins of seaweed since their launch and alongside their salt and skincare items, they now make seaweed spiced nuts, a granola mix and two types of seaweed tea.

His Excellency was given a piece of seaweed cake and a cup of seaweed tea to enjoy on his visit and was fascinated by the processes involved in creating their products.
