The Ladies College Spring Concert

His Excellency and Mrs Cripwell were invited to attend the concert held in the school hall.

The Senior School Music Department at Ladies' College have always put on an impressive show for their annual Spring Concert and this year was very much business at usual!

His Excellency and Mrs Cripwell were very pleased to be invited to attend and were incredibly impressed at the standard of ability and the obvious dedication the students had with their musical studies.

The Lieutenant-Governor was particularly impressed by a young lady whose name he could not remember but which he said "could sing and play guitar like I couldn't believe!".

The locals know our standard of arts output reliably punches above its weight when compared to our population, but it is always great to hear it expressed.
