Sarnia Arts and Crafts Club Exhibition
The annual exhibition held at Blanchelande College was hugely popular with the public and featured original and unique paintings and crafts created in Guernsey and available for purchase.
There was a wonderful display of local talent on display and such a variety of crafts and colours that Mrs Cripwell was quite overwhelmed by the vibrancy and excitement within the hall.
Celebrating 100 years of the Sarnia Club, they had their own digital art project 'One Brushstroke' which encouraged visitors to add their own mark to the artwork with just one brush on the digital page.
The photograph on the front is from the SACC Facebook page and shows Mrs Cripwell presenting member Marion Lawlor with the 'publicity trophy' for her picture of a cow, used on all the posters for the exhibition.
