DofE Awards at St Sampson's School

St Sampson's School has been particularly successful in encouraging their students to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh programme recently and His Excellency was very pleased to attend their awards evening where he presented 60 Bronze and 39 Silver awards. 

The school encourages extra-curricular activities and personal growth is part of the fabric of the school's ethos, including their social and physical development.

His Excellency is a great advocate of the Duke of Edinburgh Awards scheme and congratulated the whole cohort on their achievements. He also praised the school's teaching staff for their enthusiasm and the parents for enabling the young people to meet their commitments.
