Autism Guernsey's 10th Anniversary
Mrs Cripwell welcomed supporters and staff from the charity to a reception to celebrate their 10th year running.
Baroness Pitkeithley was a special guest invited back for the event having been born on the island still being a Guernsey girl at heart. The Baroness had launched the charity when it opened back in 2012.
The charity has gone from strength to strength over the years with their aim being to ensure those with autism are able to lead a full and inclusive life and to enjoy a reasonable degree of independence.
Mrs Cripwell has been incredibly impressed with the charity since she became patron over a year ago now, having been to see how they support the young people and their families coping with Autism at many levels and also their enthusiasm for fundraising which seems to be some of the most creative on the island.
The guests included those who have worked with the charity across the last ten years.
