An investiture at the Palace for Tina
Having retired from her 16 years of service as Personal Assistant to the Lieutenant-Governor, Tina was thrilled to find herself called to Buckingham Palace to receive her Member of the Royal Victorian Order, a personal gift from the monarch in recognition of personal service to the Crown through her time at Government House.
Tina received her MVO from Princess Anne in a ceremony just before Christmas and she took her husband, Mark (Pip) and her children Bethany and Jordan along to see her receive the honour.
After 16 years and the hectic management of four Lieutenant-Governor's, Tina has certainly earned her medal.
