Bringing the KAE to the Bailiwick of Guernsey

The KAE has been running in the UK since 1965 but has not had a presence in the Crown Dependencies during that time. The Lieutenant-Governor reached out to the UK authorities to ensure our nominations would be eligible and on receiving a positive reply, contacted the Committee for Economic Development and the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce to gauge their interest in taking on the award. Their enthusiasm for the project and the support we have received from the UK Department for Business and Trade has enabled us to push forward and launch the Bailiwick of Guernsey into the competition.

Applications

Application for the KAE 2025 Awards must be submitted by 12 September 2024 and the winners will be announced on 6 May 2025.

If you would like to see the presentation by KAE representatives from the UK Department for Business and Trade, that was given at the launch reception at Government House in April 2024, please see here

Companies who wish to apply should contact the Chamber of Commerce in the first instance and they will talk you through the process.
