Long Service Awards for Home Affairs

Each year, Government House hosts staff from the  Fire Service, the Airport Fire Service, the Prison Service, the Guernsey Police and the Border Agency who have earned this special honour for their devotion to duty.

Medals have been presented for service ranging from 20 up to 40 years of service and is considered an indication of the high esteem in which the recipient is held by their colleagues, the authorities and the public.
