Fire Station Louise Ladder The party then continued on to meet many of those on duty that day, to see the running of the station and to view the fire engines in all their glory. A trip up on the top of the ladder was an absolute highlight for Mrs Cripwell who went as high as they could go. On this occasion, His Excellency was more than happy to relinquish the honour to Louise and watch from the safety of the tarmac.
