There were over 140 walkers with more than 70 sponsored children and adults. The walk was started by Virginia Mckenna (star of the film 'Born Free') and her son Will Travis, who both now work tirelessly around the world to save endangered wildlife.

Overall, the walk raised £2350 which has been sent to the 'Born Free Foundation' to help two lion cubs Rea and Girma who were rescued from Etiopia. Milo joins in! Not to be left out, 'Milo' came in to say "hello" as he took part in the walk as well (but didn't get a certificate - he tends to eat them!).  Everyone (including Milo) is looking forward to the next outing this coming autumn!
