HE meets Virginia McKenna The children were walking to raise money to help rescue two lion cubs, Rea and Girma, who were confiscated from illegal wildlife traders in Ethiopia by the Born Free Foundation.

The walkers trekked along the coast path from Pleinmont and back again covering around 4 miles each including up and down the steep steps, a big achievement for those as young as four or five!

They were all were officially waved off by actress Virginia McKenna, star of the film 'Born Free' and her son Will Travis who together set up the Born Free Foundation.  The foundation dedicates itself to the rescue and rehoming of endangered and neglected animals all around the world.

They were also accompanied on their walk by another famous guest - GP Ted!
